Turn Gmail into a collaborative hub
If you’re using or have used Hiver before, you’d know how deeply integrated it is with the Gmail ecosystem.
Simply signup, and download the Google Chrome browser extension, and viola – Your Gmail is now a helpdesk!
We believe that it’s the simplicity and ease of use that makes teams around the world love using the product.
But, every once in a while, we get a curveball. This time around, it’s called Chrome 115 – the latest Google Chrome update that came out last week (July 18).
Some of our Hiver users who upgraded to this latest version are finding it difficult to access and use Hiver. Sucks, right?!
Our engineers are on it and working to address this compatibility issue with Google Chrome’s latest update. For now, we’d request you to not upgrade to the latest version for at least this week (till July 28).
Meanwhile, we will keep you posted on the solutions and the next steps, if any. We deeply regret any inconvenience this might cause you and your team.
