Questions

Views in Shared Inbox let you quickly access conversations that meet certain filtering conditions. For example, a View can give you access to all emails currently unassigned and in the open state. You can use the default views available out of the box or create custom views based on certain conditions.

You can use the following conditions to filter a Shared Inbox and create a Custom View. The available filters are:

 

Assignee: Filter conversations based on their state of assignment. For example, find all conversations assigned to users ‘John’ or ‘Jane’.

 

Status: Filter conversations based on their status. For example, find all conversations that are in ‘Open’ or ‘Pending’ state.

 

Tags: Filter conversations based on their tags. For example, find all conversations that contain the Tags ‘Billing’ and/or ‘Escalation’.


Once filtered, you can save the results as a Custom View.

Admins can create and share Views with everyone in the team. They can also create a Private View and make it available to themselves. Users can also create a Private View for themselves.
