Hiver Training Days

This month’s advanced training session is on Hiver Analytics and is geared more towards users with the following access control : Supervisors, Shared Mailbox Admins, and Admins (but everyone is welcome 🙂)

We’ll get you up to speed on:

  • How to analyze the number of Unique conversations, Individual turnaround time, and Average resolution time of conversations, for your team
  • How to use tags to identify trends in conversations and common service roadblocks
  • How to identify top performers and track your team’s performance for training and upskilling
  • Visualizing your data with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
