This is a live 60-minute session for users who are new to Hiver or users who are looking for a refresher on product features.

This training will help you in understanding:

• How to use essential features like Assignments, Notes, Tags, Statuses, among others
• How to work through your own inbox and shared inboxes, so you can prioritize tasks easily
• How to seamlessly collaborate with your teammates with Hiver+Gmail
