Who is eligible to participate in Hiver’s ThanksCX contest?

The contest is open to all Hiver customers.

What kind of stories can I submit?

We're looking for inspiring stories of exceptional customer service provided by Hiver-powered support teams. Share a memorable incident where you or your team went above and beyond to help a customer.

How do I submit my story?

To submit your story, write a LinkedIn post describing what happened - include a description of the situation and how you or your team member provided a solution to the customer. Also, please note that we do not ask for any confidential information. So, please mask out any confidential information before sharing it on LinkedIn.

When is the deadline for submissions?

Last date of sharing your story on LinkedIn is 25th November, 2024. Winners will be announced on November 28th, 2024

How will the winners be selected?

A panel of judges will evaluate the submitted stories based on criteria such as creativity, impact, and overall customer experience.

Do I need to share my story on social media?

Absolutely! In order to participate, you will have to post your story on LinkedIn. Do not forget to tag @Hiver and include the hashtag #HiverThanksCX.

What are the guidelines for participating in the ThanksCX contest?

Please follow the guidelines mentioned below:

  • You have to be a current Hiver customer.
  • Share your story of exceptional customer service on LinkedIn. Please follow the example of the LinkedIn post mentioned above. Make sure the post visibility is set to “Anyone” so that it’s public.
  • Tag @Hiver and use the hashtag #HiverThanksCX.
  • Mask out all confidential information before sharing the post.
  • The final determination of winners and prize distribution is subject to receiving an adequate number of qualified entries. This ensures a fair and competitive process for all participants.

Do all participants get a $50 voucher?

Yes, all participants who follow the guidelines will get a $50 Amazon gift voucher. Please make sure to follow them mandatorily to avoid being disqualified.
