She previously ran Global Customer Support at PagerDuty, and as a result, it’s hard to get her to stop talking about the potential career paths for tech support professionals. In her spare time, Kat is a mediocre plant parent and a slightly less mediocre pet parent to her two rabbits, Lupin and Ginny, and dog, Carnita.

In addition to his expertise in sales, Rajiv has made significant contributions to the success of his last two organizations, Hiver and BrowserStack. He played a key role in establishing and driving customer success and account management teams, resulting in notable improvements in customer retention and satisfaction. At Hiver, Rajiv initiated the sales process for the email collaboration platform, collaborating closely with the development team to implement product enhancements.

Director of Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment, Morgan State University
Strategic, collaborative and adaptable is how Khala Williamson (formerly Granville) describes herself. An accomplished collegiate enrollment manager and DEI practitioner, she has received regional and national recognition for her contributions to admissions counseling and higher education equity. Currently, she serves as the director of undergraduate admission and recruitment for Morgan State University. Morgan is the preeminent urban public research university and largest HBCU in the state of Maryland.
Prior to Morgan, Williamson is noted as the first Black dean of admissions for the College of Charleston. She also led the diversity recruitment and outreach strategies at Indiana University Bloomington as their senior associate director of admissions. Her responsibilities included leading efforts to increase and enhance the recruitment of underrepresented populations at IU, for which she was highly successful. Additionally, she spearheaded the award-winning diversity recruitment strategic plan on behalf of the office of enrollment management and office of admissions.
Williamson has extensive experience in community relations through her experiences as the executive director for the Brightwood Community Center in Indianapolis and as the Youth Achievers coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis. She holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Christian Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Communication from the University of Louisville.
